And we have no plans of slowing down! Job Summary The Network Management Specialist supports the daily operations and performance of the U.S. last-mile delivery network. This role works closely with regional management and local service centers to monitor key operational KPIs, analyze performance issues, prepare operational reports, and support process and SOP improvements. The position also collaborates cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, and other teams to drive network efficiency, resolve operational issues, and support key business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the daily operations of the U.S. last-mile delivery network and local service centers. Work closely with regional management teams to monitor operational performance and implement headquarters' requirements. Monitor key performance indicators, including on-time performance ,DNR, tracking interruptions, aging packages, station backlog, and pickup timeliness. Analyze operational issues by region, station, DSP, driver, and ZIP code, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions through completion. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and special operational reports. Assist in developing and improving network management policies, SOPs, and performance evaluation processes. Support key operational projects and collaborate with Operations, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure successful implementation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred. One to three years of relevant work experience. Experience in parcel delivery, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, last-mile delivery, or network operations is preferred. Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to independently analyze operational data, identify issues, and prepare management reports. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools is a plus. Strong analytical, cross-functional communication, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and drive issues through resolution. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Spanish proficiency is a plus. Strong sense of ownership, execution, and accountability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Willingness and ability to travel frequently based on business needs.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
