Develop and manage capacity models across fulfillment operations, translating volume forecasts into labor, equipment, and throughput requirements. Create planning scenarios, identify capacity constraints, and drive solutions to support growth, peak demand, and operational changes. Systems and process automation
Lead the configuration, testing, and optimization of wave and slotting logic, partnering with technology teams to enhance system capabilities. Automate key planning and reporting processes, translate operational needs into functional requirements, and maintain documentation to ensure scalable and repeatable solutions.
