Point72, L.P. seeks Storage Mgr., File Storage Tech. in Stamford, CT. Hybrid; WFH 2 days/wk. Own global prod. strategy, roadmap & lifecycle for Enterprise File storage svcs. pltfrm. supp. quant. research & systematic trading. Architect & oversee high-performance, lg.-scale distrib. File storage sys. designed for ultra-low latency, massive throughput & extreme reliability. Define & enforce enterprise stds. for scalability, resiliency, durability, security & regulatory compliance in finan. envts. Design sys. & sol. architecture for File storage.

Req's:

Bachelor's/equiv. in Comp. Sci., Info. Sys. or rltd. fld. + 7 yrs. progressive exp. as Storage Specialist or rltd. Also req's 3 yrs. exp.

w/:

architecting & designing lg.-scale distrib. enterprise File storage sys. supp. high-performance computing, analytics or finan. trading envts.; performance optimization, scalability eng'g & high-availability design for ultra-low-latency, high-throughput File storage pltfrms.; enterprise infrastructure architecture, incl. resiliency, disaster recovery, data durability & security controls in regulated envts.; & collaborating w/cross-functional stakeholders, incl. eng'g, research & biz. teams, to translate complex tech. reqs. into scalable storage sols.
