VoIP experience, Secret Clearance, Security+, and Network+ required. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Respond to escalated incidents from triage through resolution, including command-level escalations, where appropriate. Respond to critical infrastructure repairs, including directing remote and virtual activities to maintain operational effectiveness for critical network services. Provide data center support and ongoing feedback where appropriate. Document daily shift activities in appropriate reporting and ticketing tools through an established log and ensure proper pass down of any outstanding issues. Provide incident notification and ongoing updates Plan, oversee, and assist with Continuity of Operations on planned outage simulations and unforeseen events related to disaster recovery. Set up, configure, maintain, and resolve issues with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems and equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) DoD Secret Clearance CompTIA Security+ CompTIA Network + or CCNA required within 6 months of start •This is a W2 contract opportunity. 1099 & Corp-to-Corp are not offered. H1B transfers & sponsorship are not offered.•Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $35 /hour to $40.50 /hour (including fringe). This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
