full-time IT Automation Enablement Engineer job in Omaha, Nebraska Akkodis is seeking an experienced IT Automation Enablement Engineer to help shape and scale enterprise intelligent automation and generative AI strategy. You will provide technical leadership that goes beyond solution delivery, influencing architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving the adoption of advanced automation and AI capabilities across the organization.

Pay/Salary Range:

$110,000.00/Year to $130,000.00/Year. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in software development, automation, or applied AI engineering. Expertise with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse). Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, TypeScript, PowerShell, Python, and C# to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes, ensuring scalable, secure, and repeatable environments. Strong understanding of API development and integration (REST, Graph). Knowledge of data privacy, responsible AI, and automation governance principles. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise-scale deployment concepts. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
