What You'll Do Collaborate with engineering, technical writing, multimedia, and design teams to develop curriculum, training systems, and hands-on learning experiences Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, learner-focused educational content Design and continuously improve training products covering industrial networking, automation, programming, and related technologies Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and workforce needs to keep learning solutions current and relevant Partner with subject matter experts to develop practical, job-ready training materials Contribute to product innovation that supports technical education and workforce development What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field 3+ years of experience in networking, automation, programming, controls, or a related discipline Experience with industrial networking technologies and hands-on use of PLCs and HMIs Working knowledge of PLC programming, preferably Allen-Bradley CompactLogix or ControlLogix platforms Understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and industrial communication networks Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning Why Join Amatrol?
