Senior Network Engineer with Ciena locals to MD

Skills

  • Routing & Switching experience is required

  • Summary Must be locals to Maryland Hybrid role No agency or C2C will NOT be considered and Visa sponsorship is not available nor provided W2 role Your Knowledge & Expertise
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an engineering-related field or equivalent work experience
  • CCNP/JNCIP or Equivalent required
  • Ciena Optical, Routing & Switching experience is required
  • 5-10 years' experience in Information Technology
  • Experience with leading the design and delivery of network projects.
  • Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
  • Experience with the creation and maintenance of documentation such as operating procedures and network diagrams.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time, priority, and task management skills.
  • Experience working within ITIL framework
