PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Red Hat Linux Specialist to support our government customer located in Patuxent River, MD.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain an organization's local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. Perform System monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Review System and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. May assist in network emulation/virtualization, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.

Qualifications:
Minimum:

Top Secret Clearance.

Expected:

Top Secret - SCI eligible- Full Performance Level Security Clearance.

Certifications including:

Red Hat Linux Admin Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally. More than 3 years of experience performing work related to the LCAT functional description. Meets the identified military equivalent on the job training (OJT) requirement.

Education:
