Job Description

Application Support Administrator Required Skills

Bachelor's or Associate's degree (or equivalent experience).
Strong application or systems administration experience.
Windows 10/11 and Microsoft technology experience.
Networking knowledge, including VLAN tagging.
Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Experience working directly with software vendors.
Strong documentation and validation mindset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently.
English fluency.
Driver's license.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Able to work onsite five days per week.
