Job Description
Application Support Administrator Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong application or systems administration experience.
- Windows 10/11 and Microsoft technology experience.
- Networking knowledge, including VLAN tagging.
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience working directly with software vendors.
- Strong documentation and validation mindset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- English fluency.
- Driver's license.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Able to work onsite five days per week.
