What You'll Do as a

Business Support Specialist:

Answer incoming calls, determine purpose and forward calls to the appropriate departmentGreet on-site visitors, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnelMonitor visual access and issue passes when requiredAssist tour facilitator with name badges and proper PPE for visitorsMaintain and update PPE for plant associates when neededUpdate security badges for employees and contractorsUpdate crew schedules on a daily basis including vacation coverage, call-ins, and temporary job assignmentsPerform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, faxing and collatingWhat You Need to Bring to the

Business Support Specialist Role:
