  We're seeking a detail-oriented Processing Specialist to support critical account and transaction processing activities for our client.

Work Model:

• Hybrid What You Will Do:
• Process daily operational activities including asset movements, account transfers, and new account setup and maintenance
• Complete routine and complex transactions accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines
• Identify, research, and resolve processing issues and discrepancies proactively
• Follow established procedures to meet service level agreements and quality standards
• Utilize and support a variety of financial products, software applications, and systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members to support operational excellence and continuous improvement What You Will Need to

Be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services
• At least 1 year of experience processing transactions in a high-volume, deadline-focused environment
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
• Professional communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines
