CSL seeks a Global Automation Engineering & Technology Head to lead strategy and execution of automation across our biotechnology and plasma derived therapies network. You will define global automation standards, govern system lifecycle, and drive digitalization for manufacturing, labs, and facilities. Partner with site leaders to design and deploy GxP compliant solutions that improve reliability, quality, and safety. Lead a global, cross functional team, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while enabling innovation at scale across CSL's global sites. Responsibilities Develop and own global automation and technology strategy for CSL's manufacturing and labs network Define and maintain enterprise automation standards, architectures, and governance Lead design, implementation, and lifecycle management of Gx P compliant automation systems Drive digitalization, data integration, and Industry 4.0 capabilities across sites Partner with site and functional leaders to prioritize and deliver automation roadmaps Manage a global automation engineering team, including hiring, coaching, and performance Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and performance for automation and control systems Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity, and data integrity compliance of automation platforms Monitor KPIs and deliver reliability, quality, and productivity improvements via automation Support capital projects, tech transfers, and new facility start ups with automation expertise Required Skills Automation engineering and industrial control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, MES) Gx
