Advanced knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, including administration, dial plan management, device configuration, calling search spaces, and upgrades.
Proven experience with Cisco voice gateway and trunking configuration, including dial peer design, codec considerations, and carrier connectivity.
Familiarity with Webex Cloud services, such as Webex Calling or Webex Meetings, with exposure to hybrid or cloud deployment models preferred.
Working understanding of E911 concepts and compliance obligations related to enterprise telephony.
Experience planning and executing disaster recovery or failover testing for voice systems, with strong documentation practices.
Solid grasp of QoS methods for voice traffic, including packet marking, shaping, and queuing, along with awareness of security and compliance standards affecting network infrastructure.
