12+ years Position Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Autonomous Network Architect to lead the design and transformation of next-generation autonomous telecom networks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Telecom/Networking, Network Automation, AIOps, Intent-Based Networking, Closed-Loop Automation, AI/Agentic Systems, and autonomous network architecture . This role will focus on building Level 4 autonomous network capabilities , where systems can independently analyze, decide, execute, verify, self-heal, self-optimize, and continuously learn with minimal human intervention. The candidate will work across multiple network domains including RAN, Core, Transport, Cloud, and Edge and will define the architecture, roadmap, governance, and operational framework for autonomous network transformation. Key Responsibilities Define enterprise-wide Autonomous Network architecture, target-state architecture, and transformation roadmap . Design and implement Intent-Based Networking and autonomous operations frameworks.
Fault Management Performance Management Configuration Management Service Assurance Security Operations Design autonomous decision engines using AI Agents, LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and Reinforcement Learning . Develop self-healing and self-optimizing network workflows with automated verification, remediation, and rollback mechanisms. Implement Agentic AI frameworks for network assurance, optimization, provisioning, change management, and service fulfillment. Design and leverage Digital Twin environments for network simulation, testing, and autonomous decision validation. Lead cross-domain automation initiatives across RAN, 5G Core, Transport, Cloud, and Edge . Establish AI governance frameworks including guardrails, explainability, risk controls, and operational safety . Define autonomy KPIs and support TM Forum Autonomous Network Level 4 assessments and maturity initiatives. Provide technical thought leadership and represent the organization in industry forums such as TM Forum, ETSI, and GSMA . Lead solution architecture for autonomous network transformation programs. Mentor engineering teams and establish architecture and engineering best practices. Drive innovation and develop reusable autonomous-network accelerators and frameworks. Proven experience designing or delivering Intent-Driven, Closed-Loop, or Autonomous Network solutions . Strong experience in solution/enterprise architecture and large-scale telecom transformation . Experience working across multiple network domains such as RAN, Core, Transport, Cloud, and Edge . Hands-on architecture experience with AI/Agentic systems applied to network operations is highly preferred. Experience with TM Forum Autonomous Network Framework and Level 4 autonomy is strongly preferred. Strong communication, architecture leadership, and technical mentoring skills.
