Available Help for . Casting International Composites, LLC seeks an Automation Engineer in Weslaco, TX to assigned engineering activities related to automation process and control of automated systems. Responsible for the reception, integration, and deployment of newly developed automated processes into operational workflows. Ensure data integrity throughout automated processes and provide technical support to operational teams. Conduct testing of databases, systems, networks, applications, hardware, and software to validate functionality and performance. Identify, document, and help resolve bugs and quality issues in development, services, and business processes. Install and configure applications and databases necessary for automation initiatives. Collaborate with management to implement strategic automation solutions aligned with business goals. Work closely with team members to define, develop, and automated process improvements. Track and report progress metrics for automation engineering projects to stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in a related occupation working with the following: creation of programs in PLC; creation of HMI screens; start-up of robotic cells; lifting of Ethernet and device net networks; programming of Robots ABB & Fanuc; and configuration of sensors.
