Work Model:

On-Site What You Will Do:

Develop and execute test plans for embedded software and control systems Design, maintain, and improve simulation and test environments Create automated test scripts and support regression testing initiatives Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to identify root causes and improve system performance Develop system models and simulations to validate functionality and reliability Analyze test data and communicate findings to engineering teams Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Mentor junior team members and support engineering best practices What You Will Need to

Be Successful:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field 3+ years of experience in software validation, controls engineering, systems testing, or embedded development Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working with embedded systems and electronic controls Understanding of system-level testing, automation, and quality practices Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams
