Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Keep our systems tuned up: Manage and configure VMware , Windows Servers , SANs , Domain Controllers , Group Policy , Azure/O365 , Aruba switches , Fortinet Firewalls , ClearPass , MiTel , and more Own our infrastructure playlist: Ensure systems properly configured, secure, and operating at their highest performance potential Troubleshoot like a headliner: Respond to internal support issues and diagnose hardware/software snafus with ease Lead the tech ensemble: Set priorities, guide your crew, and keep the IT team in the loop on project performance and any tech hiccups Keep data safe & sound: Perform and monitor backups, maintain system health, and manage SSL certificates Stay one step ahead: Proactively tackle vulnerability remediation and adhere to security best practices
The Ideal Candidate:
Deep technical expertise across VMware, Windows Server, Aruba (switching & wireless), ClearPass, Fortinet , and Azure/O365/Exchange/Sharepoint Well versed in supporting Agentic and Generative AI structures Certified and ready—bonus points for Server/Network certifications Strong leadership rhythm: You can guide a team and collaborate like a pro Detail-obsessed and proactive - you don't wait for the curtain to fall Naturally aligned with our CORE values :
Collaboration, Ownership, Resiliency, Enthusiasm Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred At least 8+ years of Server and Network Administration experience
Physical Requirements:
Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods Can lift up to 50 pounds when needed Comfortable working in construction zones or installing cable in active environments What's in It for
