Customer Support Specialist -

Full Time Starting Pay:

Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) About the

Role:

We're looking for a dependable and personable Customer Support Specialist to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from start to finish. Your primary focus will be scheduling service appointments for our clients , coordinating with servicers by phone and email , and following up to make sure every job is completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to client calls and emails with professionalism and care Schedule and coordinate service appointments with various technicians and providers Follow up with clients and servicers to confirm progress and completion of jobs Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a positive, professional manner Relay messages accurately to the sales team and maintain clear communication across departments Develop product knowledge to assist clients with accurate information Maintain a neat, business casual appearance at all times
