Language Proficiency:

Basic reading and writing skills; capable of handling English-language work orders and cross-departmental communication. 2. At least 1 year of experience in logistics or e-commerce customer service is preferred; familiar with the handling of delivery exceptions. 3. Proficient in using data analysis tools (such as Excel) and customer service systems (e.g., CRM). 4.

Strong Judgment:

Able to make quick decisions regarding the feasibility of re-dispatching failed deliveries. 5.

Data Sensitivity:

Capable of identifying issues from turnaround-time data and proposing optimization suggestions. 6.

Effective Collaboration:

Skilled at coordinating with the warehouse, operations, and other departments to drive problem resolution. 7.

Proactive and Detail-Oriented:

Capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
