This role will be responsible for network administration, security monitoring, troubleshooting, performance management, and infrastructure support. Required Qualifications 5+ years of broad networking experience and knowledge of common networking protocols. 3+ years within the last 4 years working as a Network Systems Administrator or similar role. 2+ years of experience utilizing enterprise-level monitoring tools such as OpenNMS, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Cisco Prime Collaboration, NetScout nGenius, Route Explorer, Elastic Search, SCOM, vROPS, Secure Works, Dynatrace, Uptime Robot, IBM Tivoli, WebCTRL, CACTI, StruxureWare, and Cherwell system. 2+ years within the last 4 years in a security monitoring capacity. 3+ years of experience utilizing complex large-scale network infrastructure devices, including Cisco enterprise or carrier-class routers, switches, ASA firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, wireless controllers/access points, and Cisco Nexus switches. Experience with Cisco enterprise/carrier-class routers and switches, Cisco Nexus, ASA/Palo Alto firewalls, and wireless technologies. 2 years of experience using Windows servers, Linux servers, and IBM Mainframe z/OS operating systems. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Visio.
