Are you an Engineering Manager with a passion for driving business impact through data, who excels at turning partner relationships into high-value analytics solutions? Do you thrive on understanding business challenges, shaping strategic roadmaps, and connecting diverse teams to the right data capabilities? Do you want to lead an energetic team critical to Apple's success? ETS-Insight is looking for a Partner Success Engineering Manager who can lead and inspire a high-performing team of engineers, build strong trust with partner leadership, and translate complex data capabilities into tangible business outcomes in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Your rock-solid integrity, leadership, critical thinking, and ability to quantify business value are core competencies here. Your strategic vision to guide partners, empower engineers, and align technical solutions with real business problems is a key quality that makes our team successful and fun! Description The ETS-Insight Analytics Engineering team serves Apple's global manufacturing and operations analytics needs, providing enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics capabilities that process petabytes of data daily. As the Partner Success Engineering Manager, you will lead a partner-facing engineering team that serves as the strategic bridge between our data platforms and key business organizations—from Hardware Engineering to Operations and AppleCare. In this role, you will focus on understanding partner workflows, shaping their short- and long-term analytics vision, and ensuring our technical engagements directly drive measurable business value, operational efficiency, and smarter decisions. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and grow a team of Partner Success / Solutions Engineers, fostering a consultative, customer-centric culture focused on delivering high-ROI business outcomes. Partner closely with leaders across various Lines of Business (LOBs) to understand operational challenges, shape their analytics needs, and prioritize initiatives based on measurable business impact. Collaborate closely with Product Management and diverse Insight teams (Platform, Data Engineering, DevOps) to align priorities, drive partner roadmaps, and co-design cohesive end-to-end solutions. Guide high-level solution architecture and alignment, ensuring partner initiatives adopt robust data models, platform standards, and best practices over one-off solutions. Champion partner adoption, self-service enablement, and clear delivery milestones, establishing success metrics and executive communication that showcase delivered business value. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent experience). 4+ years of experience leading, managing, or building engineering, technical solutions, or technical partner/customer success teams. 8+ years of overall experience working across data analytics, business intelligence, technical product management, or solutions consulting environments. Strong technical fluency and conceptual understanding of modern data ecosystems, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), data warehousing, and big data architectures (e.g., Spark, Trino, BigQuery, Iceberg). Proven track record of working with business stakeholders to define requirements, quantify business impact (ROI), and deliver data-driven solutions. Preferred Qualifications Background in Partner Success Management, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture leadership, or Data Product Management. Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, hardware engineering, or operations organizations where analytics directly influences business decisions. Ability to bring simple, logical, and business-focused approaches to complex multi-stakeholder challenges. Demonstrated experience establishing engagement models, partner onboarding playbooks, and self-service analytics frameworks.
