You will be a vital part of the IT team, handling essential administrative duties and contributing to a collaborative workspace. If you are eager to apply your technical skills in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply. Key Duties Help set up and configure various software applications and computer hardware. Keep accurate records of all IT-related inventory and supplies to ensure availability. Deliver technical assistance to employees to help resolve hardware and software challenges. Record and monitor all incoming IT tickets to ensure prompt resolution for the organization. Manage user accounts and access rights to maintain system security. Liaise with external vendors to facilitate necessary equipment maintenance and repairs. Collaborate with the broader IT department to drive the success of various technical projects. Requirements Completion of high school or a GED; relevant IT certifications are considered an advantage. Foundational understanding of software, networks, and general computing systems. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to help improve team efficiency through effective problem-solving. Strong verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with staff. Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a group setting. Competence in using Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
