We're hiring our first L2 Systems Administrator — you'll be the founder's technical right hand and own day-to-day delivery for our clients. Work from home; drive to a client site only when something genuinely needs hands. Remote (must reside in the Tri-Valley or Bay Area)

• $44.00-48.00/hour (≈ $92-100K annualized) + overtime eligibility + benefits What you'll do Own the ticket queue in Autotask — triage, fix, document issues from clients Administer Microsoft 365 : Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Defender Manage endpoints and servers through our RMM platform — patching, monitoring, remediation Triage security alerts in the EDR platform and run our incident-response playbooks Watch VEEAM backups — and run real restore tests, not just check for green Support Cisco Meraki networks: firewalls, VLANs, wireless Keep documentation current What you'll need 4+ years in an MSP or multi-client IT environment Hands-on M365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender) Windows Server (AD, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP) and networking fundamentals Clear written communication — clients read your ticket notes every day Tri-Valley or Bay Area resident with a valid driver's license; able to lift ~40 lbs Background check at offer stage (our clients handle health and financial data) Nice to have: Autotask/Datto RMM, Meraki, Veeam, SentinelOne, IT Glue, Threatlocker, Proofpoint

You will never be asked to guess . Direct mentorship from a technical founder, a clear path to Senior Engineer / Security Lead.
