Overview DAVTEQ is seeking an experienced SharePoint professional to support a transportation agency program in San Jose. This is a hands-on role. We need someone who has built and implemented SharePoint solutions, not only administered them. What you'll do Design, build, and implement SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and document management solutions Create, test, and maintain automated workflows (Power Automate or comparable tools) that streamline business processes Gather requirements from business users and translate them into working SharePoint solutions Administer the SharePoint environment, including permissions, site structure, and ongoing maintenance Support end users day to day, including account access and password creation, reset, and retrieval Document configurations, workflows, and user procedures Required qualifications Proven hands-on experience in SharePoint development and implementation (not administration alone) Demonstrated experience creating and deploying workflows Strong SharePoint administration skills Experience supporting end users and resolving access and password issues Strong requirements-gathering, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work on-site in San Jose at least 3 days per week Preferred qualifications Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Public-sector or transportation experience Business systems analysis background
