The Senior IT Systems Administrator is the first point of contact for all IT needs and coordinates ATPGroup's IT partners and vendors. This individual must be self-motivated, organized, a strong troubleshooter, and able to own every issue through to resolution, whether resolving it directly or managing it with a vendor.
