Starting Salary Range:

The starting salary range for this position will be in the $79,300-81,679 range, depending on experience, education, and skills relevant to the position. Please note that the indicated starting salary range describes the range for an incumbent in this position. Most new staff generally start at the beginning of the range percentile to ensure internal salary equity.

Location:

Fully remote eligible within the contiguous United States only.

Position Summary:

The Microsoft 365 System Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, security, and optimization of the organization's Microsoft 365 environment. This role manages core Microsoft cloud services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and related security and compliance tools. The administrator ensures reliable service delivery, maintains secure configurations, supports end users, and collaborates with IT leadership on governance, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, identity and access management, endpoint management, and security best practices, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
