About the Role At Tridium, we help growing businesses simplify, secure, and scale their technology-so leaders can grow with confidence. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Associate to join our team, with a focus on administering and managing corporate devices using Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, and other Microsoft 365 services. This role is critical in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient user and device management across our clients' organizations. Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage corporate devices using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
• Configure and enforce device compliance policies, conditional access, and endpoint security
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for users and devices
• Monitor and troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration profiles, and application deployments
• Collaborate with multiple teams to implement best practices for identity and access management
• Maintain documentation for device management procedures and configurations
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed Required Qualifications
• Minimum two years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
• Strong understanding of MDM/MAM policies, compliance settings, and conditional access
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Security, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• One professional reference from a previous position who can speak to your experience
• One personal reference from a non-relative who can speak to your integrity Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft certifications such as Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) and/or Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
• Experience with macOS and mobile device management (iOS/Android)
• Knowledge of foundational cybersecurity principles and how to achieve them
