•38/hour Seeking an experienced Level II IT Support Administrator to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with network and server infrastructure. Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware, software, workstation, printer, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, applications, and mobile devices. Support Active Directory, VPN access, user accounts, and equipment inventory. Perform intermediate network troubleshooting involving DNS/DHCP, VLANs, and switches. Assist with server maintenance, virtualization, network equipment installation, and security checks. Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with vendors and IT teams. Respond to support requests through tickets, phone, email, and in-person assistance. Requirements Level II IT support experience required. Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, associate degree with 6+ years, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, networking, servers, and IT infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Relevant IT certifications preferred. Valid driver's license and passport required; travel up to 5% may be necessary. The JobSquad Solutions Team is made up of experts around the country.
