A successful applicant will have a strong interest and knowledge of computer systems. The position is responsible for managing the technical operations of the organization to include assisting employees with troubleshooting solutions, finding creative technical solutions to meet growing business demands, and ensuring efficient operation and deployment of computer programming and operations. This position is required on site at any Western State Bank office location: Dodge City, Garden City, Scott City, Leoti, Goodland, Colby, or St. Francis. Why work for Western? Duties include (but are not limited to): Assist users in resolving routine technical problems and guide them through standard procedures. Execute scheduled programs, backups, and print jobs as assigned. Monitor system operations in accordance with established procedures and instructions. Identify and implement minor efficiency improvements, shortcuts, and strategies to enhance system usage. Perform minor computer maintenance tasks and conduct regular system backups to ensure data integrity. Requirements:

Associates Degree in Computer Science Two years of IT experience Preferred knowledge with VMware, Active Directory, Citrix, Windows workstations and Server This is a full time, Monday through Friday position.
