As a recruiting partner of Ajinomoto Cambrooke, we are looking for you as Sr. Systems Administrator (m/f/d), 100% workload, for the location in Ayer, MA, with a hybrid work model. In your position, you will oversee local IT responsibilities, provide technical leadership across various systems, and drive major enterprise projects for Ajinomoto Cambrooke. Then schedule an initial interview with us now! What You Will Be Doing Oversee local IT responsibilities, site-level infrastructure, and advanced enterprise systems administration. Provide technical leadership for server, network, cloud, endpoint, collaboration, business application, and physical-security systems. Deliver Tier 3 support to end-users. Serve as the senior local IT technical owner for supported Ajinomoto Cambrooke locations. Administer and maintain Windows servers , virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure. Oversee Entra ID , Intune , Teams , and SharePoint administration. Provide technical ownership and support for Ajinomoto Cambrooke business applications. Ensure systems, hardware, firmware, and software are patched and up to date. Administer, monitor, test, and document enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions. Coordinate network upgrades and vendor-supported infrastructure improvements. Support enforcement of information security policies and access controls. Support major migrations and enterprise projects. Train and support end users and new hires on MIS-controlled systems. What You Bring To The Job Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems administration. Proficiency in Systems administration, Windows Server, and Virtualization platforms. Strong knowledge of Networking infrastructure, Active Directory / Entra ID, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience with Enterprise backup, Disaster recovery, and Data protection solutions. Understanding of Network security, Access controls, Data protection principles, and Incident management. Demonstrated leadership experience in IT (Ability to mentor and guide Systems Administrators I-III). Ability to travel between MA sites and potentially domestic locations. Nice-to-Haves Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, Microsoft 365 Backup, or comparable cloud and hybrid backup platforms. Experience supporting regulated or manufacturing environments.
