What You'll Do:

R.O's Present inspection findings clearly and professionally Guide customers through decisions without pressure or confusion Manage approvals, updates, and follow-ups with consistency Support dispatching and workflow coordination with the team Handle escalations calmly and professionally Manage loaners and ensure clean, confident vehicle delivery Track KPIs and own your outcomes What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Calm, confident, and logical under pressure Empathetic but not overly sympathetic Process-driven and disciplined A strong communicator who builds trust quickly Accountable and results-focused Automotive experience is a plus — but strong sales ability and service mindset matter most. Compensation & Growth This is a performance-based role with strong upside. Low base + aggressive commission Commission paid on Gross Profit Dollars (not total sales) Paid twice per month Year 1 target: $80K-$85K Top performers: $110K+ Our Standards We run a process-driven shop. Checkpoints must be completed before a vehicle is written, sold, and delivered — or the job is not done. We don't rely on discounts to close. We rely on skills, communication, trust, and execution.
