High SchoolResponsibilities The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, repair, and technical support for our clients' equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The role involves working independently and as part of a team to ensure the efficient operation of our clients' equipment. Travel to client sites to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement solutions in a timely manner. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Calibrate and adjust equipment settings to optimize performance. Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance procedures. Document all service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment configurations. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to coordinate service visits and resolve issues.
