Position Overview Schaeffer's Investment Research is seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to manage and support our company's technology infrastructure and daily IT operations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining reliable, secure systems, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating technology vendors, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve system performance and prevent recurring problems. Our technology environment includes approximately 70 devices, 13 on-premises servers, 20 AWS servers, Microsoft 365, networking equipment, and various business applications. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain on-premises servers, AWS infrastructure, networks, Microsoft 365, backups, and endpoint devices. Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, access, and application issues. Monitor system health, investigate outages, and implement preventative maintenance procedures. Administer user accounts, permissions, security tools, and employee onboarding/offboarding access. Coordinate technology vendors, support escalations, licensing, contracts, and renewals. Maintain accurate technology inventories, system documentation, and disaster-recovery procedures. Support infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and technology improvement projects. Identify and resolve recurring technical problems to improve system reliability and reduce downtime. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, networking, and Microsoft 365 administration. Experience managing AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, backup systems, and disaster recovery. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently manage technical issues. Experience working with technology vendors and coordinating technical projects. Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Pay:

$95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
