NCT Technologies Group is seeking a hands-on ERP Systems Specialist to support the continued development, implementation, and optimization of our ERP system within our Miamisburg manufacturing facility. This role will serve as the facility's primary ERP subject matter expert and will work closely with the Head of ERP, Plant Managers, Engineers, Production Supervisors, and Manufacturing Teams to build, improve, and standardize production tracking processes throughout the organization. As our ERP system continues to evolve and mature, the ERP Systems Specialist will play a critical role in developing workflows, establishing routing structures, maintaining system accuracy, supporting employee training, and driving company-wide adoption of ERP processes. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working directly with employees on the shop floor. Success in this role will require a strong willingness to learn, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Miamisburg, Ohio Primary Responsibilities Serve as the primary ERP expert for the Miamisburg Facility Partner with the Head of ERP, Plant Manager, Engineer, Quality Manager and Production Team to implement, maintain, and implement ERP processes. Configure and maintain manufacturing workflows, routings, work centers, and production tracking within ERP system. Ensure jobs are accurately tracked through all stages of manufacturing, including laser, welding, press brake, powder coating, and assembly. Train and support employees on ERP processes and drive consistent system adoption across the facility. Monitor system usage, conduct process audits, and ensure data accuracy within the ERP system Develop and maintain ERP-related procedures, work instructions, and process documentation. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, and operational performance through effective use of the ERP system. Support engineering to release jobs to the flow and related job travels and drawings. Support ongoing ERP enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Have at least 1-3 years' experience with ERP implementation. Ability to create new processes and write new Standard Operating Procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while also supporting cross-functional teams. Strong documentation and communication skills, including the ability to have constructive conversations with employees about new processes and coaching them through transitions. Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel and quality documentation systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and process standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience within sheet metal fabrication, welding, machining, or powder coating environments. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 Quality Management Systems. Experience performing root cause analysis and corrective action activities. Experience with ERP/MRP systems Experience with JobBoss2 software. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline. Work Environment & Expectations Primarily a shop-floor-based ERP systems and process role supporting daily manufacturing operations. First shift position with occasional overtime based on production demands. Occasional travel between company facilities or customer locations may be required.
