Job Description
Diagnostics & Repair:
Perform accurate mechanical, electrical, and computer diagnostics using OEM equipment such as Ford IDS and FDRS software.System Work:
Service engines, transmissions, electrical networks, CAN bus systems, brakes, steering, and suspension.Technical Compliance:
Follow Ford service procedures, complete warranty repairs according to factory standards, and stay updated on Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs).Documentation & Communication:
Clearly document work on repair orders, record parts used, and consult with service advisors or customers when extra service is neededExperience:
Typically 2+ years of hands-on automotive service technician experience, with heavy preference or requirement for Ford dealership experience.Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:
