Ensure safety in all activities and encourage safety awareness during interactions with colleagues Process and monitor IT support tickets, coordinating with both internal and external support teams as needed Provide support for essential hardware and software operations Assist the Group Head of IT with daily tasks Monitor data backups, quarantined emails, and endpoint protection status Keep IT documentation up to date Contribute to and support IT projects Coordinate with external IT service providers Follow ITIL best practices Experience End-user device management (desktops, laptops, mobiles) Network systems (LAN/WAN) User identity and authentication management Server management Proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365 Familiarity with Microsoft desktop and server operating systems Experience with messaging and collaboration tools (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) Awareness of cybersecurity principles Education A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is not necessarily required, but is your advantage.
