Job Description

Keystone Health - Information Technology IT Technician II Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Keystone Health is seeking a full-time IT Technician II to join our Information Technology team in Chambersburg, PA. The IT Technician II is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of computer hardware, software applications, networking systems, printers, and mobile devices while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; equivalent combination of extensive experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting and troubleshooting PCs, software, networking, and business applications. Strong knowledge of IP networking, Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and device/printer administration. Experience with server administration and healthcare IT environments is preferred. Understanding of HIPAA compliance and information security best practices is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
