PM, Monday-Friday Responsibilities:

Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services. Support virtualization, network infrastructure, and backup and recovery systems, including virtual machine administration, connectivity troubleshooting, backup monitoring, and routine restores. Manage user accounts, access permissions, multifactor authentication, software deployments, system updates, endpoint management, and security remediation. Investigate system alerts and technical issues, provide second-level support for help desk requests, and assist junior IT staff with complex troubleshooting. Support technology used in office and warehouse operations, including workstations, handheld scanners, printers, mobile devices, and vehicle-mounted or forklift computers. Maintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, asset records, and troubleshooting procedures while following established change-management and security practices. Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, technology migrations, and the IT on-call rotation, providing after-hours support for critical incidents as needed.

Qualifications:

Two years of IT administration experience required. Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID. Working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, TCP/IP networking, VLANs, wireless connectivity, VPNs, and firewall concepts. Familiarity with backup and recovery systems, endpoint management, software deployment, patch management, and security tools. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with the ability to resolve routine issues independently and recognize when escalation is needed. Excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and a willingness to support technology used in warehouse and distribution environments.
