Copier, printer or MFP service experience is required, network certification/experience is a plus. Sharp & Lexmark training and certifications will be provided. Responsibilities Perform field service calls to diagnose and repair MFP and laser printers, ensuring optimal functionality. Utilize hand tools and schematics to conduct equipment repairs efficiently. Troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions to enhance performance. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used, while adhering to safety protocols. Stay updated on computer networking principles to assist with integrated printer solutions.
