Systems Administrator:

On behalf of our manufacturing client, Procom is searching for a Systems Administrator for a 3-month role. This position is onsite at our client's East Providence, Rhode Island office. Systems Administrator

• This role involves maintaining IT operations at a manufacturing site during a team member's leave. The position requires versatility across user support, server and hypervisor administration, networking, and identity management. Systems Administrator
• Responsibilities:
• Support users by resolving Level 1 through Level 3 requests and escalating when necessary
• Manage infrastructure, including server administration and Nutanix hypervisor maintenance
• Support Cisco networking and security technologies, including firewall tasks
• Manage Office 365 and Azure identity and access
• Support operational technology systems in the production facility
• Administer the Paxton badging and door-access system
• Document work in the service management system Systems Administrator
• Mandatory Skills:
• Hands-on experience with server and hypervisor administration, preferably Nutanix
• Working knowledge of Cisco networking and security, including firewall support
• Experience managing Office 365 and Azure identity and access
• Strong Level 1 and Level 2 support skills with good judgment on escalation
• Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner
• Ability to work onsite in East Providence, Rhode Island, four to five days per week Systems Administrator
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with operational technology or manufacturing IT environments
• Familiarity with thin-client infrastructure for plant-floor systems
• Experience with physical access-control or badging systems, such as Paxton
• Experience with a ticketing or service management platform Systems Administrator
• Assignment Length: This is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months, with potential for extension. Systems Administrator
