Job Description

Levifi is a fast-growing office technology company providing imaging equipment and Managed IT Services. We currently serve thousands of customers from our 9 locations in NC, SC, and GA. We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment, as well as providing technical support to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician to join a fast-paced and growing company.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair customer equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on customer equipment. Keep accurate records of customer service calls and repairs. Maintain a safe working environment. Provide customer service and technical support. Communicate effectively with customers and other technicians. Troubleshoot and repair complex problems.
