As the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Administrator, you'll utilize your deep knowledge of MECM to drive functionality and compliance collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll drive our success in IT and beyond. In this role, you'll: Assist and create applications and task sequences within Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for new software deployments. Assist with updating existing software, or to remove software, from Windows workstations and servers. Create and manage SCCM Compliance Rules/Baselines. Implement, assist, and troubleshoot issues with the SCCM infrastructure. Work with end users and fellow IT staff on software packaging and deployment needs. Document and provide test evaluation results. Create, update, deploy, troubleshoot, and remove objects in the SCCM environment based on provided guidelines. Create, update, and delete collections and removal of application reports for installation, modification, and removal of applications. Troubleshoot and help remediate Software Center software installation issues. Manage role-based administration (management of custom roles) Monitor site health via log files and SCCM console. Create and manage boundary groups across one or more distribution points. Work with site administrators to troubleshoot package deployments, removals, and modifications as required. Track deployment status via SCCM reports and proactively monitoring and identifying failures and remediate. Manage service incidents and requests using ServiceNow. Fulfill requests and resolve issues within defined SLAs. Here's what you'll need U.S. Citizenship and location within the U.S. is preferred. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., VBScript, PowerShell) for use with packaging/deploying applications. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve problems. Effective communication skills Must be self-motivated and possess time management skills. Must be a team player and able to work independently. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed. Must be able to multi-task. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you'll also have: Experience with the Flexera Suite (e.g., Admin Studio, InstallShield, Workflow Manager, Application Manager) Experience with Autopilot & Intune Experience with JAMF /

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
