General Responsibilities:

The IT Assistant position installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical advice and support to system users.

Specific Responsibilities:

Installs hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives for end users. Loads appropriate software packages such as operating systems, networking components and office applications. Provides telephone, in-person and online support to end-users. Connects users to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications Ensures operational procedures are followed at all times. Must be willing to work extended hours. Performs other duties as assigned

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
