Job Description
System administration, user administration, user assistance, file transfers, backups, laptop control, printouts, Sudo, NMCI pre-support (to validate issue is NMCI) and documentation creation/updates. Perform administrative tasks such as managing printouts, filing paperwork, creation and editing of business documentation. Perform basic IT functions such as basic user account creation, password resets, file permissions changes, user assistance, file transfers, monitoring backups, and handling IT hardware.
