MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team working in Silverdale, WA. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues Modernize key infrastructure components Monitor system performance and report on risks/issues Research and recommend new approaches to improve the networked computer system Provide technical support as needed Document processes and procedures for customers to follow Ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework standards Availability outside of standard working hours to resolve emergency issues Travel up to 25%

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in technical field 5+ years of System Administration or Engineering experience, including server-side technology and networked computing systems Must possess one of the following certifications: Microsoft MCSE, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, and/or CompTIA Network+ Must have prior experience with SQL and database operations

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS certification Experience with AWS cloud migration Skills collecting, organizing, and analyzing data Experience with business process engineering

Clearance Requirements:

Citizenship required and a current or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
