Administer VMware ESXi, vSphere, Hyper-V, and related virtualization technologies. Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and domain services. Manage and troubleshoot Cisco and Meraki networking infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, wireless environments, and VPN connectivity. Administer Microsoft 365 services and user environments. Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery systems. Monitor system performance and proactively address issues before they impact operations. Participate in infrastructure upgrades, technology deployments, migrations, and maintenance activities. Maintain accurate technical documentation and system records. User Support & Technology Services Provide responsive technical support across the organization. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, ERP, manufacturing systems, and business application issues. Support desktops, laptops, printers, label printers, mobile devices, and related technology equipment. Serve as a trusted technology resource for employees at all levels of the organization. Assist with user onboarding, training, and technology adoption initiatives. Ensure support requests are resolved accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal and external technology partners to resolve complex issues. Reporting, Data & Business Intelligence Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Crystal Reports, SQL queries, dashboards, and reporting tools. Partner with business users to improve access to critical data and reporting. Support business intelligence initiatives that enhance operational decision-making. Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and visibility across departments. Assist leadership teams with reporting solutions and analytics initiatives. ERP & Business Applications Support the company's ERP system and related business applications. Assist users with workflows, reporting, process improvement, troubleshooting, and training. Participate in ERP upgrades, implementations, enhancements, testing, and deployments. Identify opportunities to improve system utilization and user effectiveness. Support integrations between ERP, reporting, and business systems. Automation & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve efficiency. Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions. Evaluate current business processes and recommend practical technology improvements. Support AI, automation, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives. Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve business performance. Share best practices and technology recommendations across the organization. Cybersecurity & Compliance Support cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices. Assist with patch management, access control, security monitoring, and remediation efforts. Identify and communicate security risks and vulnerabilities. Support disaster recovery planning, compliance initiatives, audits, and security reviews. Help maintain a secure, reliable, and compliant technology environment. Project Management & Technology Initiatives Execute assigned technology projects and strategic initiatives. Maintain project documentation, timelines, status updates, and action plans. Communicate project progress, challenges, risks, and recommendations to IT leadership. Participate in technology planning discussions and continuous improvement efforts. Support departmental goals, technology roadmaps, and future growth initiatives. Strong experience with VMware, vSphere, ESXi, and Hyper-V environments. Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and domain administration. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments. Experience with Cisco and/or Meraki networking technologies. Experience troubleshooting servers, workstations, networking infrastructure, and business applications. Experience supporting ERP systems and business software. Experience with Crystal Reports, SQL reporting, dashboards, or business intelligence tools. PowerShell scripting experience. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer-service abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing industry experience.
