Job Summary We are seeking an IT Systems Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Aliso Viejo, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional with 3 to 5 years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, servers, network equipment, and end users in a professional business environment. The IT Systems Technician will help image, configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of technology systems while providing clear, customer-focused support. Key Responsibilities Image, configure, and deploy PCs, laptops, and workstations according to company standards. Install, configure, and support physical and virtual servers. Configure and troubleshoot network equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Replace and upgrade hardware components such as drives, memory, and power supplies. Document configurations, repairs, asset details, and completed support work accurately.

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range:

$62,000 to $79,040 per year.
