providers are expected to manage after HM admits) Site #2 4 ICU Beds. Critical Access hospital This site will be 100% covered via Tele-CC while working at Site #1 Site #3 10 ICU Beds. Will require in person (2 hrs seeing avg. 3 pts) and tele-CC coverage - Will be grouped with the provider covering Site #4, so it will require some travel between sites (approx 35 mins) Site #4 10 ICU Beds.
