The Tier II Network Field Technician will support the installation and maintenance of the client LAN/WAN devices. Responsibilities Respond to and resolve incidents, demonstrate troubleshooting skills and communicate with the team Complete assigned tasks within Service Level Objectives/Agreements (SLOs/SLAs) Draft and implement standard network change requests Provide support to Tier III network engineers for incident management and projects (site surveys, TEMS, coordinate and install new equipment) Perform configuration management functions such as update topology drawings, ensure asset management records are accurate, and conduct inventory Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades (Knowledge of CISCO/Juniper RMA process) Configure and troubleshoot layer 2 switching (VLAN's, Port Security, Thin Configs) Perform IOS upgrades for Cisco, Juniper, Brocade and Foundry OS May have up to 10% COMSEC responsibilities based on site and team needs Requirements

TS/SCI CI

Poly Clearance 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 3 years, master's and 4 years, bachelor's and 6 years, associates and 8 years or HS diploma and 10 years. Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 Available to travel up to 20% of the time.
